Without limitation to clause 6, if SBIS is unable to confirm your instructions or your identity to its satisfaction, then SBIS may decide in its absolute discretion to refund, delay, block or refuse to make payments and in doing so will not be held liable to you for any costs, losses or damages caused or suffered as a result.
